On July 2, 2023 at 4:15 pm Gilbert called me on Dating.com because he wanted to meet me in Cebu City, because he was already there at that time. We chatted on the site , and he also called me there. He asked me to go to Quest Hotel in Cebu City to meet because he can't go anywhere for a walk because he has a problem with walking. On July 5, 2023 at 8:00 am I arrived at the Quest Hotel and he met me at the entrance. I saw his smile when he saw me. He was sitting in his wheelchair, I came to him and we both said our hi's and hello's. And then he invited me to eat there at that hotel and he volunteered to pay for the food, that's kind of him. After eating we went to the pool and talked. And that's where I heard about what happened to him 5 years ago. He said he got a stroke 5 years ago that is why he can't walk properly. But I am so proud of him because he is still fighting for his condition and it doesn't matter to me. I saw that he's a good man. He is here in the Philippines for vacation, he said he wanted to relax. He said he loves Filipino people because we're kind. He thanked me for being there on that day because he said I made him smile and he felt joy. We have fun talking to each other. And after a long hours of talking I decided to go back home because I live far away from the City. We said our goodbyes and thanked each other. It was a great experience talking to someone mature and sophisticated. I felt very protected. I hope we will be with Gilbert again one day.
